HOSE M1 FELINE FIRE 20M x 25MM

Fire hose with adapters in both ends of 4 layers, made of circular woven,100% thread of high-tenacity, fully protected and waterproof by a layer of nitrile rubber synthetic, high resistance forming a construction homogeneous of three layers without the use of adhesives of any kind. The fourth layer of synthetic rubber provides an excellent external protection and maximum durability.

Resistance to abrasion:
The hose has a high abrasion resistance. The thickness especially of the hose extends the useful life of the hose in terms of abrasion extreme.

Resistance to cold:
The hose withstands a low temperature of up to -38 oC without any damage to its components.

Resistance to Ozone:
The hose does not show signs of cracks on the rubber tested to 100 pphm / 40oC / 72h.

Chemical Resistance:
The hose is resistant to sea water, as well as to the contamination by most chemical substances, hydrocarbons, oils, alkalines, etc

Heat resistance:
The hose when subjected to a static pressure of 700 kpa and shall be capable of withstanding a temperature of 600oC for a minimum of 60 sec without breaking or damaging the reinforcement synthetic.

Repair:
The damage to the cover, such as small holes or punctures are repairable with use of the REPOKIT and the iron vulcanizadora.
