Supplies Safety and Rescue puts at your disposal a collection of possible questions that you can find at the time you make a purchase, our Customer Service will be happy to assist you through the following link: Customer Service and we will respond in the shortest possible time, however, before you perform a query, check the faq, because maybe you'll find here a solution to your doubts.

At what point will you ship my order?

Once we have received the payment confirmation in any of the valid media on our web page and made the appropriate checks of safety, we will proceed to ship your order according to the modality chosen.

You can check in our section of Payment methods, the different modalities accepted.

If there are any of the articles you have chosen not to you we send, for any reason, and we have received the payment, we will offer you a comparable alternative or will refund the amount of the item not available.

 

Can I change the shipping details after you have made the order?

Before submitting the order you can make changes in the direction of delivery, in the case that the order has already been issued it will be impossible to change it.

 

What happens if there is nobody at the delivery address?

If you're not at home when your package arrives, the courier will leave a notice for you to get in contact and agree on another time for delivery, or pick up the order at the office of the courier closest to your home.

 

Can I know the status of my order?

Once the order has been prepared for the expedition and has left our warehouse we will send you an e-mail informing you of the departure of the package, we will include a link with the messaging service. From there you will be able to track the shipment.

You'll also have access to “My account” and accessing the section “order history”.

 

When will I receive my order?

All of the shipments that we make are made by express courier 24h / 48h / 72h after payment confirmation. When you order, you'll be able to select the method of delivery that indicates the specific time of delivery.

If the payment is made before 13:00h, we will be able to process the order on the same day, with the possibility to receive it the following working day*.

How can I track my order?

At all times, you can see the process of shipment using the tracking number sent upon confirmation of the order. If, within 10 business days or more after you have made the payment you have not received your order, please contact us because surely there is some problem in the shipment (please, make your name, email address, order number and phone number) and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Once the articles are ready to be shipped, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that your order has been despatched and will include a link to the courier so you can track the shipping status of the package.

The order will be delivered between 3 and 10 days, depending on the country of shipment and method of shipment. In some occasions, there may be some delay for reasons beyond our control.

 

How can I know the shipping cost?

The shipping costs will be added to the amount of the selected items. The postage costs will be calculated according to the destination country where the package should be sent and the physical weight or the volume of the package. In many cases, the shipping does not look very increased when adding more than one item to the shopping basket. For shipments with a total amount of the order higher than 300€, the shipping cost will be FREE.

What happens if I'm not home when my package has arrived?

In the case that you are not at the delivery address specified, our carrier will reiterate the delivery on two occasions, we will leave a notice in order to coordinate the delivery, the courier can not leave the package to someone else in your office or in a safe place, in the case that no one can receive the package to the address indicated, please let us know the work address or a friend/family member.

 

What happens when my order if it cannot be delivered?

It is possible that we will have the package returned to our warehouse, in this case, we will contact you to know if you would like to receive it in another direction or to proceed with the return.

 

For what reasons, my package can be returned?

There are several common reasons:

  • The address is incorrect.
  • No one has been able to pick up the package during the period of 1 week.
  • The package has been rejected by the client.

 

Does the delivery address can be different than the billing?

It is possible to send a package to an address other than the billing. However, for deliveries outside the EU and for customs clearance, the order has to be made with the same name and address of the recipient, and the currency of the country of destination.

All the data required during the process of purchase have to be completed with the data of the recipient.

 

Is it possible to cancel an order once it has been issued?

Once the order has been issued there is no possibility to cancel it, our transport companies to pick up the goods every day at 14:00h (Spanish Time). If you want to cancel an order before it has been despatched we will refund the money including the shipping costs.

We ask that you contact us the same day that the order has done, in the case that you want to cancel the order.

  

What happens if my order is any item that is not available in stock?

At the time of placing the order, in the product tab, you indicate if the item is available for immediate shipment or if you have an approximate date of availability. Once all available products are in our warehouse will send you the complete order.

Returns

Terms return:

All products sold may be returned up to 15 days after the date of delivery.

Conditions of return:

You can request the return of any product, provided it has not been the object of no use and you can retornarnoslo in its original packaging.

Procedure

To make the refund to us you have to request in advance via email with subject "Return (Partial or Total) Order (order number)" and detailing the item to be returned to the address atencion.cliente@suministros-sr.com

Payment of amounts

The refund as a result of a return will be equal to the purchase price of the product returned less the shipping costs and you will in the shortest possible time after receipt and review of the goods on our part. We will make the payment in the same medium that you used for the payment of your order (credit card/debit card or Paypal) or your bank account (you have to tell us !) in the case that you had paid on delivery. The cost of returning the material will be charged to the client.

Non-acceptance of return

In the event that the return of an article was not accepted by understanding that the article has been used, the article will remain in our warehouse for distribution to collect in a period not exceeding thirty days from the return.

Notification

We will notify you by e-mail the refund of the amount of your refund associated with the return.
